NEW - basic professional valuation service - lease extension advice for an affordable price

Due to numerous requests from leaseholders, we have created a new product where we can offer professional valuation advice for lease extensions and in some cases collective enfranchisement (buying the freehold) at a lower cost.  

We appreciate that there is a tension between the quality / accuracy of the advice we can provide and fee level.  We also want to do whatever we can to make sure as many leaseholders as possible get professional advice before agreeing a premium to extend their lease - and we feel that it is better for leaseholders to have some professional valuation advice at a basic level than none at all.  The level of advice is not the same as our comprehensive service, but will be a powerful aid for leaseholders in their ability to negotiate lease extensions.
