Extend Now is part of Gilmartin Ley, a family business of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants which was established by Michael Gilmartin FRICS in 1979.  We created Extend Now because we want to serve our customers better by providing dedicated information and valuation advice to enable our customers to extend their lease or buy the freehold of their building for a fair premium. 

We aim to make the process of extending your lease or buying the freehold as smooth as possible.  

We aim to provide the best value-for-money valuation advice in North London for lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.

Our advice is independent, objective and founded on expertise.

What we do:

1. Provide expert valuation advice on a fair premium to extend your lease or buy the freehold

2. Negotiate with the landlord or landlord’s valuer

3. Represent you at the Tribunal if the matter cannot be agreed between the parties, including the preparation of Expert Witness reports

4. Keep you regularly informed throughout the process
