We have been providing expert valuation advice for enfranchisement purposes since the inception of Gilmartin Ley Chartered Surveyors in 1979.  We created Extend Now because we wanted to serve our customers better by providing dedicated information and valuation / negotiation services for customers who are considering extending their lease or buying the freehold of their building.  Extend Now is managed by James Gilmartin a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We aim to make the process of extending your lease or buying the freehold as smooth as possible.

2. Negotiate with the landlord or landlord’s valuer

3. Represent you at the Tribunal if the matter cannot be agreed between the parties, including the preparation of Expert Witness reports
